CANCELLATIONS

We are happy to process any cancellations of orders prior to despatch.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Incorrect delivery addresses resulting in a re-delivery will be charged a second delivery charge of $20.00. Re-delivery may take between 24-48 hours.

COURIER DELAYS

Luxe and co uses a third party courier service/Australia Post to deliver our products. Once your item leaves our premises it is then in the hands of the courier company/Australia Post. We do our very best to ensure your gift arrives on time, however, there will always be circumstances that are out of our control which could affect delivery within these time-frames. In these rare instances, we will ensure we let you know as soon as we are made aware of the delay, and we will always aim to resolve the issue as quickly as humanly possible.
